I have today received the supplementary planning documents from Eastbourne borough council, saying that 26 homes are to be built in front of my house... Blocking my lovely view of the harbour from my front garden!!! I know my voice is only small... But I HAVE to make it a bit louder for this!!!!! I have the feeling that it's already done and dusted.. Makes me feel very sad indeed!
